Nicknames: Stormy (Only by Night)
Parents: Fluttershy & RD

Personality
Storm's name fits his personality perfectly. He's a swirling cloud of anger and bitterness. He's your typical rebellious, moody, teenager. He complains about his life constantly. The reason for this is RD is always traveling with the Wonderbolts. She misses a lot of things that that were important to the black maned pony and it makes him feel like Rainbow Mom doesn't care about him. He tried to understand it as a foal, but now his patience has run out. He feels abandon by one of his biological moms, so he lashes out at everyone around him. The other reason he acts out is because he thinks if he's a huge pain in the flank, RD will take time off work to raise him. 

The only ones who see his softer side are Fluttershy and Skye. He could never be mean to Shy Mom because she's the sweetest kindest pony in all of Equestria and she doesn't deserve that. Skye's his twin and they've always had a really good relationship and he doesn't want to lose that. He loves animals and both Fluttershy and Skye give him pet project to help keep him out of trouble. 

Appearance
He hates everything about his appearance because he sees his mom every time he looks in the mirror. He started dying his hair black to remedy this. He also hates his cutie mark since it's really similar to Rainbow Dash's. 

Relationships
Night is the only other pony outside the FlutterDash family he gets along with. 
Whenever Spark's around the two are always at each other's throats. 

Cutie Mark
He knows a lot about weather. He's good at figuring out how to control storms and stop them. He'll join the Wonderbolts when he's older and lead a Weather Pony Rescue Squad. They'll also deal with rescuing ponies that get lost in wilderness like the Everfree Forest. He was really disappointed when he first got it. He thought for sure he'd get a similar cutie mark to Skye since they spent so much time together.
